Connecting Enterprising Girls @ Leeds Beckett University and Leeds Trinity University

Connecting Enterprising Girls, will mark Parliament Week on Friday 14 November, at Leeds Beckett University and on Thursday 20 November at LeedsTrinity University with selected schools from Leeds.

The keynote speaker at Leeds Beckett University on Friday 14 November, will be Rachel Reeves MP.

Both the CEW conferences will begin at 9.45am and end at 2.30pm. This event is an ongoing CEW conference programme which was presented in 2013 at the University of Leeds with sixth form girls from three academies.

For 2014 ten Sixth Form Girls ( CEG) and their mentors, along with invited Yorkshire business speakers will attend on both days. The Sixth Form (CEG) ambassadors from Lawnswood School will facilitate their first conference in a similar way to the previous Parliament Week Conference in 2013 that was hosted by Leeds East Academy girls.

Booking details

There is no need to book onto the event, as this is an ongoing Connecting Enterprising Girls school programme 2013 -2014 aimed at Leeds Schools, on the two dates highlighted.

Cost to attend

No charge for attendance.
