Who can I nominate?
Any individual, group, school or organisation who have taken action to make a positive difference in their community and beyond.
How do I nominate?
Complete this online form to submit your entry. You can submit as many nominations as you want.
Can I submit more than one nomination?
Absolutely, there’s no limit to the number of nominations.
Why should I nominate?
This is the perfect opportunity to celebrate and highlight the amazing, impactful work happening in communities all over the UK.
What should I include in the nomination?
When you tell us about your nominee, the more information you provide, the better the judges can consider your nomination. You could include:
– What were their aims and objectives? What did they want to achieve?
– Impact of their actions.
– Details, if they raised awareness about an issue.
– Information about any feedback or recognition they received.

How is the Award judged?
The Award will be judged by an independent panel from the Chamber and Participation team.
