TTIPing Point for Democracy?

As part of Parliament Week 2015 Explore presents TTIPing Point for Democracy?Local activists Kit and Sally will talk about the threats that they think TTIP has on democracy looking especially at the environmental and citizenship impact. There will be a Q and A after their talk – where members of the audience will be encouraged to challenge and debate the many contentious points related to TTIP.

The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership promises to liberalise one third of global trade: it is also seen as a direct attack on democracy and national sovereignty. Come and find out more!
