100 years of women’s voices – add your voice to ours!
The Pink Shoe Time Capsule commemorates 10 years of Pink Shoe and 100 years of women and democracy.
As recently announced at The Speaker’s House, Pink Shoe is creating a multi-media Time Capsule to highlight the progress women have made through history and their contribution to democracy over the past 100 years, as well as celebrating the cross cultural, cross sectoral nature of the Pink Shoe network.
Pay tribute to women’s accomplishments, aims and aspirations as we approach the centenary of the Representation of the People Act.
Join with us to celebrate, inspire and commemorate women and democracy. Bring your message of hope for women of the future and send your own message in time.
Pink Shoe Founder Helene Martin Gee and Chairman of the Pink Shoe Senate and former Serjeant at Arms Jill Pay, will be joined at the House of Lords by leading Parliamentarians along with Pink Shoe Ambassadors and friends to share their personal Time Capsule messages.
We look forward to welcoming you for this informal afternoon gathering to celebrate Parliament Week by sending a positive message to women across the UK and beyond.
