UK Parliament Week 2017: Evaluation Survey for Partners

20 Nov 2017

Did you hold an event or activity for UK Parliament Week 2017?

How did it go? Did you enjoy being a UK Parliament Week partner? What can we do better next year?

We want to hear from our partners and find out how we can make UK Parliament Week even bigger and better next year! If you are a registered UK Parliament Week 2017 partner you will be sent a link to our evaluation survey, which should only take 5 minutes fill out.

Ensure you fill it out by 5th December 2017 to be entered into our prize draw for a UK Parliament Week hamper!

Members of the UK Youth Parliament

If you’re an MYP, you must fill out this form to claim your free enamel Your UK Parliament badge and participation certificate.

Uniformed Organisations

This year we partnered with the following six Girlguiding and Scouts regions, each of which created a woven UK Parliament Week 2017 badge unique to their region:

  • Girlguiding Anglia
  • Girlguiding South West
  • Girlguiding Ulster
  • Girlguiding North West
  • Girlguiding Midlands
  • Girlguiding London & South East
  • Scouts Cymru
  • Scouts Ireland – Northern Province

If you’re not part of one of these regions, don’t worry! We’ve also created a free badge for all other uniformed organisations taking part in UK Parliament Week, from Sea Cadets to Woodcraft Folk and everything in between.

To claim your badges and participation certificates for your unit or pack, please ensure you complete the evaluation survey by 5th December 2017 and provide the number of children in your unit or pack who took part.

Due to an unprecedented number of uniformed organisations taking part in UK Parliament Week, and the sheer number of badges to be given out, we are unable to accept responses to the evaluation form after the deadline of 5th December 2017. If you complete the evaluation survey after this date you will be unable to claim badges and certificates for your unit or pack.
