In the run up to Parliament Week we will be highlighting events happening up and down the country. This week’s highlight focuses on an event where people can find out How Parliament Works and how to get involved.
These events are run by Parliament’s Outreach team and give an overview of how Parliament checks the work of government and makes a difference to many aspects of our lives.
At this event on 19 November you will find out how you can influence the questions that MPs ask the Government and how to contact an MP or a Member of the House of Lords to get your voice heard in many ways in Parliament.
These events run regularly around the UK, Parliament’s Outreach team can also come to your organisation.
